Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the order has been packed or dispatched. Once fresh produce has been harvested, packed, or handed over for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible due to the perishable nature of the product.
Returns
As we deal in fresh produce, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

- the wrong item was sent, or
- the package arrives severely damaged in transit,

Refunds For Fresh Produce
We grow our apples in our own orchard and take great care in harvesting, grading, and packing them before dispatch. That said, fresh fruit is naturally delicate, and minor variations or occasional transit-related issues may arise despite careful handling.
If Your Apples Arrive Damaged
If you receive fruit with noticeable transit damage, please share:
- clear photographs, and
- preferably an unboxing video recorded while opening the package
This helps us assess the condition accurately. Based on the nature and extent of the issue, we will review the situation carefully and do our best to assist you with an appropriate resolution.
If A Fruit Shows Internal Spoilage
In some cases, a fruit may appear fine externally but show internal decay when cut open. Since we do not rely on harsh preservation chemicals, this can occasionally happen as part of natural produce.
If this occurs, please send us:
- a clear photograph of the affected fruit, and
- your order details
We will review the issue carefully and determine an appropriate resolution based on the nature and extent of the problem.
Important Note On Natural Produce
Our apples are naturally grown and may sometimes show slight variations in appearance, colour, or minor superficial marks. Such natural variations are not considered defects and do not normally
qualify for refunds, as they do not affect the fruit’s overall quality, taste, or nutritional value.
