Our orchard is currently undergoing official organic certification under the Government of India’s NPOP program administered by APEDA.

Our Gala apples are typically harvested in the last week of July, while Royal Delicious apples are harvested later in the season from mid-August onwards.

Unlike supermarket apples that may remain in cold storage for 8–10 months, our apples are harvested during the season and shipped fresh directly from the orchard.

No. Our apples are not artificially wax coated. Fresh apples naturally produce a thin protective layer called “bloom”, which helps the fruit retain moisture and protects it naturally. This natural wax is completely harmless.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of harvest and grading. This allows customers to receive fresh seasonal fruit directly from the orchard, rather than apples that have spent months in storage.

Yes. Apples are widely considered one of the healthiest everyday fruits. They are naturally rich in:
• Dietary fibre (supports digestion)
• Vitamin C (supports immunity)
• Antioxidants (help reduce oxidative stress)
• Polyphenols (plant compounds linked with heart health)

Yes. Apple skins contain a large portion of the fruit’s fibre and antioxidants. After washing the apple under running water, it is perfectly safe — and beneficial — to eat the apple with its skin.

Because they are naturally grown with minimal chemical intervention, apples may occasionally show:
• Minor surface marks from weather or hail
• Slight variation in size or shape
• Differences in colour due to sunlight exposure

These natural variations do not affect taste, nutrition, or quality. In fact, perfectly identical fruit is often the result of heavy chemical use and cosmetic treatments. Nature rarely produces identical apples — and we believe that natural diversity is part of authentic farming.

Even naturally grown apples should be washed under running water before eating to remove dust or natural orchard residues. However, apples should not be washed before storage, as excess moisture may reduce shelf life. Unlike chemically treated fruit, washing organic apples simply removes surface dust — it is not required to remove synthetic residues.

Occasionally you may notice a light white film on the apple surface. This is usually:
• Natural fruit wax (bloom) produced by the apple itself
• Mineral residue from natural water or soil

Both are completely natural and harmless. A simple rinse under water removes it easily.

Most apples sold in markets:

Organic farming is also significantly more expensive, as natural pest control, soil health management, and ecological farming methods require far more labour and care than chemical farming. In traditional supply chains, farmers often receive the smallest share of the final price, while middlemen capture most of the value. By selling directly from the orchard, we ensure better quality for customers and fairer returns for the farmer.

Apples are carefully hand-packed in sturdy eco-friendly corrugated boxes with protective cushioning to prevent bruising during transport.

Apple sizes vary naturally because no chemical plant growth regulators (PGRs) are used. Just like members of a family, apples from the same tree naturally vary in size. This natural variation does not affect taste, nutrition, or quality.

Yes. We ship to most major cities across India through reliable courier and logistics partners. Delivery usually takes 5–7 days depending on the destination.

Occasional delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen logistics issues. If this happens, please contact us and we will track your shipment and assist you immediately.

For large orders or gifting, we try our best to align dispatch with your preferred delivery date. However, since apples are fresh seasonal produce, we prioritise dispatch soon after harvest to maintain freshness.

Yes. Since our apples are grown in limited orchard quantities, availability during the harvest season may be restricted. We recommend placing orders early to secure your share of the harvest.

Yes. Customers registered on our website will receive early notifications when the harvest season begins.

Apples are packed by weight (5 kg or 10 kg) rather than by count. The number of apples may vary depending on size, but the total weight will always match the box size ordered.

Despite careful packing, minor transit damage can occasionally occur due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit. Please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, and we will review the issue and assist you accordingly. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
