Harvest & Pre-Order Update

Our apples are expected to be harvested within the indicated dates (last week of July – first week of August). However, harvest timing may shift slightly depending on weather conditions or other natural factors during the monsoon season — circumstances that are simply beyond anyone’s control.

Storage & Freshness Guide

Naturally high in acidity, Granny Smith apples are known for their firm texture and bright tart flavour. Because of their dense flesh, they store exceptionally well compared to many other apple  varieties. 

These are incredibly hardy apples and thrive in cool, dark places. While they benefit from refrigeration, they can also handle room temperature better than most varieties without losing their signature “zing”.

Our orchard is built on a simple principle — honesty in how food is grown and how it reaches your table. Every apple we send is the result of months of careful work in the orchard, from nurturing the trees to harvesting and packing the fruit with care.

Because apples are a fresh and perishable product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, please reach out with a genuine concern and supporting details, and we will carefully review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
