Our apples are expected to be harvested within the indicated dates (last week of July – first week of August). However, harvest timing may shift slightly depending on weather conditions or other natural factors during the monsoon season — circumstances that are simply beyond anyone’s control.

Storage & Freshness Guide

Freshly harvested Gala apples can carry a gentle hint of tartness. As they rest, their flavour gradually mellows and becomes noticeably sweeter.

If you prefer a crunchier, slightly tangy bite, store them in the refrigerator, which slows the ripening process and helps maintain their firmness. If you enjoy a deeper, mellow sweetness, letting them sit at room temperature for a few days allows their natural sugars to develop further.

They can be kept on the counter for a reasonable period, while refrigeration will extend their freshness significantly.

Our orchard is built on a simple principle — honesty in how food is grown and how it reaches your table. Every apple we send is the result of months of careful work in the orchard, from nurturing the trees to harvesting and packing the fruit with care.

Because apples are a fresh and perishable product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
